研究目的：

比较全身麻醉下不同BIS值对老年非心脏手术病人术后近期并发症及死亡率的影响

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of different BIS values under general anesthesia on near-term postoperative morbidity and mortality in elderly patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 拒绝参加本研究；
2) 既往有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森病史或重症肌无力；
3) 因严重痴呆、语言障碍、昏迷、终末期疾病等情况无法完成术前评估；
4) 严重肾功能损害（需行肾脏替代治疗者）；严重肝功能损害（Child-Pugh分级C级）；预期存活≤24小时患者；
5) 颅脑手术；
6) 主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况【需记录原因】。

Exclusion criteria：

1) refuse to participate in this study;
2) history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis;
3) incomplete preoperative assessment due to severe dementia, speech impairment, coma, end-stage disease;
4) severe renal impairment (renal replacement therapy required); severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh grade C); patients expected to survive ≤24 hours;
5) brain surgery;
6) other situations supported by the attending physician or researcher (reasons should be documented).
