研究目的：

1.探讨角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康知信行评定问卷的信度、效度。 2.探讨社会支持在角膜塑形术患儿一般自我效能感与知信行的中介效应。 3.构建基于健康行为改变整合理论的角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康依从性健康教育方案。 4.通过量性研究评价基于健康行为改变整合理论的角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康依从性健康教育方案在角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康依从性中的应用效果。 5.通过质性访谈了解基于ITHBC理论角膜塑形术用眼健康依从性健康教育方案干预实施过程的促进因素及阻碍因素，为改善基于ITHBC理论角膜塑形术用眼健康依从性健康教育方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the reliability and validity of the Eye Health Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice Assessment Questionnaire for Children with Orthokeratology. 2. Explore the mediating effect of social support on general self-efficacy and knowledge, belief, and behavior in children undergoing corneal reshaping surgery. 3. Construct an eye health compliance health education program for children with corneal reshaping lenses based on the theory of health behavior change integration. 4. Evaluate the application effect of a health education program based on the theory of health behavior change integration on eye health compliance in children with corneal reshaping lenses through quantitative research. 5.Through qualitative interviews, we aim to understand the promoting and hindering factors in the implementation process of the ITHBC theory based corneal reshaping mirror eye health compliance health education program intervention, in order to provide a basis for improving the ITHBC theory based corneal reshaping mirror eye health compliance health education program.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.干眼合并角膜上皮损伤。
2.（2）长期慢性过敏性结膜炎。
3.（3）眼睑闭合不全合并角膜上皮损伤。
4.（4）角膜异常；角膜上皮明显荧光染色；曾经接受过角膜手术或有角膜外伤史；活动性角膜炎(如角膜感染等)，角膜知觉减退。
5.（5）可疑圆锥角膜：暂缓开展验配工作,观察随访,待排除后方可开展验配工作。
6.（6）其他眼部疾病：如泪囊炎眼睑疾病及眼脸异常、眼压异常以及青光眼等。
7.（7）患有全身性疾病造成免疫功能低下，或对角膜塑形有影响者(如急、慢性窦炎，糖尿病，唐氏综合征等)。
8.（8）有接触镜或接触镜护理液过敏史。
9.（9）确诊为焦虑、抑郁症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dry eye combined with corneal epithelial injury.
2.(2) Long term chronic allergic conjunctivitis.
3.(3) Eyelid insufficiency combined with corneal epithelial injury.
4.(4) Corneal abnormalities; Significant fluorescence staining of corneal epithelium; Have undergone corneal surgery or have a history of corneal trauma; Active keratitis (such as corneal infection, etc.) results in decreased corneal sensitivity.
5.(5) Suspected keratoconus: The fitting work will be temporarily suspended, and observation and follow-up will be conducted until it is ruled out before proceeding with the fitting work.
6.(6) Other eye diseases: such as dacryocystitis, eyelid diseases, eye and face abnormalities, abnormal intraocular pressure, and glaucoma.
7.(7) Those who suffer from systemic diseases that cause low immune function or affect corneal shaping (such as acute and chronic sinusitis, diabetes, Down's syndrome, etc.).
8.(8) History of allergies to contact lenses or contact lens care solutions.
9.(9) Diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
