研究目的:

1、明确颈部本体感觉训练技术对卒中患者肢体功能的影响:观察卒中患者进行颈部本体感觉训练后平衡功能、步行能力、日常生活活动能力等方面的改善情况,分析描述颈部本体感觉训练对卒中患者的有效性。 2、探讨基于智能手机的无标记运动捕获系统在脑卒中患者的精度与可靠性:评估该技术在捕捉和测量脑卒中患者运动数据方面的准确性和稳定性。通过和传统评估方法的比较,探讨这种新技术在康复评估中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Clarify the impact of cervical proprioception training techniques on the limb function of stroke patients: Observe the improvement of balance function, walking ability, and activities of daily living in stroke patients after cervical proprioception training, and analyze and describe the effectiveness of cervical proprioception training for stroke patients. 2. Explore the accuracy and reliability of a smartphone-based markerless motion capture system in stroke patients: Assess the accuracy and stability of this technology in capturing and measuring motion data of stroke patients. By comparing with traditional assessment methods, discuss the application value of this new technology in rehabilitation assessment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、患有除本次卒中外其他可能影响步行功能的疾患 2、认知功能严重受损或患有严重精神疾患 3、重度骨质疏松 4、前庭相关的眩晕症状 5、患有严重的重要脏器如心肺肝肾疾患或功能不全 6、拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffering from other diseases that may affect walking function except for this stroke 2. Severely impaired cognitive function or suffering from severe mental illness 3. Severe osteoporosis 4. Vestibular-related dizziness symptoms 5. Suffering from serious vital organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases or functional insufficiency 6) Refusing to sign the informed consent form

This study raw data will be in a period of 12 months after formally published thesis through clinical research in public management platform (ResMan) public (http://www.medresman.org.cn/uc/sindex.aspx). 本研究采用病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)和ResMan电子数据采集系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)进行数据管理。CRF设计包含患者基本信息(年龄、病程、卒中类型等)、临床评估数据(运动功能评分、颈部本体感觉JPE值)等,纸质版由研究人员双人核对后存档,电子版通过ResMan EDC系统录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The Case Record Form (CRF) and ResMan Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system were used for data management. The design of CRF included basic information (age, course of disease, stroke type, etc.), clinical assessment data (motor function score, neck proprioception JPE value), etc. The paper version was checked by two researchers and filed, and the electronic version was entered through the ResMan EDC system.
