研究目的:

通过三维模拟手术及测量,对目前全膝关节置换术中常用的胫骨侧后倾截骨角度和两种假体旋转对线的方法进行比较,以期为术中胫骨假体取得最佳界面吻合及正确放置提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of the current study is to evaluate the effect of the tibial component alignment and tibial slope on the coverage at the bone-implant contact interface level.We sought to determine 1) which alignment (Insall or Akagi) offered increased morphological fit to the proximal tibia; and 2) whether there was a superior tibial slope maximizing coverage without malrotation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

孕妇;内外翻膝;关节炎改变;骨缺损;外伤史或既往手术史;先天异常者;无法接受CT检查或CT影像质量不合格者

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria consist of pregnancy,varus or valgus knee, arthritic changes, bone defect, prior trauma or surgical history and congenital deformities.
