研究目的：

通过低强度经颅聚焦超声的机械效应无创调控孤独症谱系障碍（Autism Spectrum Disorder，ASD）患者前额叶背外侧皮层及相关神经网络的兴奋性，诱导和增强大脑可塑性，改善ASD患者社交能力障碍和认知功能障碍，提高其生活活动能力，减少ASD患者重复刻板行为。

Objectives of Study：

Through the mechanical effect of low-intensity transcranial focused ultrasound, the excitability of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and related neural networks in patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is noninvasively regulated, the brain plasticity is induced and enhanced, and the social ability and cognitive dysfunction of children with ASD are improved. Improve the ability of living activities and reduce the repetitive behaviors of ASD children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有重大身体疾病，研究期间可能存在生命健康风险；
2.合并其他严重神经精神疾病，或其他发育迟滞问题导致无法配合；
3.磁共振检查禁忌（体内有金属植入物）；
4.治疗部位有破损、感染等情况者；
5.不配合治疗者；
6.其他研究者判断不适合参加本研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a major physical illness that may pose a risk to life and health during the study period; 2. Combined with other serious neuropsychiatric diseases, or other developmental retardation problems resulting in inability to cooperate; 3. Contraindication of MRI (metal implants in the body); 4. The treatment site has damage, infection and other conditions; 5. Those who do not cooperate with treatment; 6. Other researchers judge that it is not suitable to participate in this researcher;
