研究目的：

1.构建围手术期多任务风险预警工具（PM-RAT），以动态预测术后并发症风险。 2.通过INSPIRE数据集进行模型验证。 3.评估临床医生对模型预测性能的比较及其可接受性。 4.研究麻醉医生对预测结果的评价及其对临床决策的影响，包括是否采取相应操作及预后改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a perioperative multi-task risk alert tool (PM-RAT) for dynamic prediction of postoperative complication risks. 2. To validate the model using the INSPIRE dataset. 3. To evaluate the comparison of clinical doctors' acceptance and assessment of the model's predictive performance. 4. To study anesthesiologists' evaluation of the predictive results and the impact on clinical decision-making, including whether appropriate actions were taken and whether patient outcomes were improved.
