传统的PIH研究多关注特定时期的最低平均动脉压（MAP）或低血压持续时间，忽视了血压变化的动态性和复杂性。这种方法缺乏对患者进行有效分层和提供个体化治疗策略的精确性。轨迹分析通过分析随时间推移的血压变化，确定与临床结局相关的不同模式，从而提供了一个更全面的视角。  

Objectives of Study：

Traditional studies on PIH have focused on the lowest mean arterial pressure (MAP) or duration of hypotension during a given period, ignoring the dynamic and complex nature of blood pressure changes. This approach lacks the precision to stratify patients effectively and provide insights into individualized treatment strategies. Trajectory analysis offers a more comprehensive perspective by analyzing blood pressure variations over time, identifying distinct patterns that can be linked to clinical outcomes.

排除标准：

排除标准：年龄< 18岁，ASA分级6级，麻醉或手术次数缺失，连续两次测量MAP间隔时间超过5 min的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: Patients under 18 years of age, ASA class 6, missing anesthesia or surgery times, or those with MAP measurement intervals exceeding 5 minutes between any two consecutive recordings
