Objectives of Study:

Traditional studies on PIH have focused on the lowest mean arterial pressure (MAP) or duration of hypotension during a given period, ignoring the dynamic and complex nature of blood pressure changes. This approach lacks the precision to stratify patients effectively and provide insights into individualized treatment strategies. Trajectory analysis offers a more comprehensive perspective by analyzing blood pressure variations over time, identifying distinct patterns that can be linked to clinical outcomes.

排除标准:

排除标准:年龄< 18岁,ASA分级6级,麻醉或手术次数缺失,连续两次测量MAP间隔时间超过5 min的患者

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion Criteria: Patients under 18 years of age, ASA class 6, missing anesthesia or surgery times, or those with MAP measurement intervals exceeding 5 minutes between any two consecutive recordings
