研究目的：

安徽医科大学第一附属医院脊柱外科利用以5G技术为载体的远程技术，操作异地机器人设备完成脊柱骨折球囊扩张锥体成形术术，本研究采取前瞻性队列研究方法比较分析远程机器人辅助经皮锥体成形术和传统机器人辅助经皮锥体成形术是否具备相同的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The Department of Spine Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University utilizes remote technology based on 5G to operate robotic devices in different locations to perform kyphoplasty for spinal fractures. This study employs a prospective cohort research method to compare and analyze whether remote robotic-assisted percutaneous kyphoplasty and traditional robotic-assisted percutaneous kyphoplasty have the same safety and effectiveness.

排除标准：

（1）多发性骨折 （ 2）陈旧性骨折 （3）椎弓根严重畸形 （4）严重系统性疾病 （5）凝血障碍　（6）病理性骨折　（7）结核及肿瘤的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Multiple fractures (2) Old fractures (3) Severe deformity of the vertebral arch (4) Severe systemic diseases (5) Coagulation disorders (6) Pathological fractures (7) Patients with tuberculosis and tumors

1.随机分组：总样本量为140病例，按照1:1随机分为5G远程机器人组（70）传统机器人组（70）。 2.随机化： （1）计算机随机化程序生成140个随机数； （2）按入院时间顺序依次编号； （3）随机生成奇数组与偶数组； （4）对奇数组与偶数组进行不同的干预。

1. Random grouping: The total sample size was 140 cases, which were randomly divided into 5G remote robot group (70) and traditional robot group (70) according to 1:1. 2. Randomization: (1) The computer randomization program generates 140 random numbers; (2) The numbers were numbered according to the time of admission; (3) Generate odd and even groups randomly; (4) Different interventions were performed for the odd and even groups.
