Objectives of Study:

Exploring the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on individual response inhibition

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

研究方案:将28名受试者随机分为真刺激组(n=14)和假刺激组(n=14),每位受试者在经颅直流电刺激干预前后进行两次反应抑制试验,两次实验间隔一周时间。反应抑制试验采用的是经典的Go/No go范式任务,借助事件相关电位技术对两组受试者的两次试验结果进行记录和收集。试验结束后使用E-prime3.0和MATLAB软件分别对收集的行为和脑电数据进行预处理和提取。采取组别2(真刺激组/假刺激组)×测试时间2(干预前/干预后)×电极点3(Cz/Cpz/Pz)的混合实验设计对试验结果进行重复测量方差分析。根据行为和脑电的分析结果分析经颅直流电刺激对受试者反应抑制表现的影响。 干预方案:将阳极电极放置于右侧背外侧前额叶皮层,阴极电极(参考电极)放置于同侧肩膀,真/假刺激组的刺激位置一致。真刺激组强度设置为1.5mA,刺激时长为20min,刺激渐入渐出时间均为30s,刺激电极大小为5×7cm。假刺激组刺激时长为1min,其他参数与真刺激无异,受试者不知晓刺激类型。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

RESEARCH PROTOCOL: Twenty-eight subjects were randomly divided into a true stimulation group (n=14) and a sham stimulation group (n=14), and each subject was subjected to two response inhibition trials before and after the transcranial DC stimulation intervention, with a one-week interval between the two trials. The response inhibition trials were performed using the classic Go/No go paradigm task, and the results of the two trials were recorded and collected with the help of the event-related potential technique for both groups of subjects. The collected behavioral and EEG data were preprocessed and extracted after the trial using E-prime 3.0 and MATLAB software respectively. A mixed experimental design of group 2 (true stimulation group/false stimulation group) × test time 2 (pre-intervention/post-intervention) × electrode point 3 (Cz/Cpz/Pz) was adopted to perform repeated measures ANOVA on the test results. The effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on subjects' performance of response inhibition was analyzed based on the results of behavioral and EEG analyses. Intervention protocol: an anodic electrode was placed on the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, a cathodic electrode (reference electrode) was placed on the ipsilateral shoulder, and the stimulation position was the same for the true/false stimulation group. The intensity of the true stimulation group was set at 1.5 mA, the stimulation duration was 20 min, the stimulation tapering time was 30 s, and the stimulation electrode size was 5 × 7 cm. The stimulation duration of the sham stimulation group was 1 min, and the other parameters were the same as that of the true stimulation, and the subjects were unaware of the stimulation type.

1) 在过去六个月内接受过大手术。2) 有神经或相关精神疾病史。3) 服用过任何会影响认知功能的精神药物。4) 曾经参加过类似实验。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Major surgery within the last six months. 2) History of neurological or related psychiatric disorders. 3) Taking any psychotropic medication that would affect cognitive function. 4) Previously participated in a similar experiment.
