研究目的：

对开放式关节盘锚固定手术的适应症及术后疗效进行分析，以期寻找不同类型颞下颌关节紊乱病的最佳治疗方案。并积极寻找手术新方法、新入路，对手术切口进行进一步改良，为手术及器械的发展提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the indications and postoperative efficacy of open joint disc anchoring surgery in order to find the optimal treatment plan for different types of temporomandibular joint disorders. And actively seek new surgical methods and approaches, further improve surgical incisions, and provide new ideas for the development of surgery and instruments

排除标准：

有严重心理疾病，或术中观察有严重关节盘穿孔或骨缺损者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with severe psychological disorders, or those with severe joint disc perforation or bone defects observed during surgery.
