排除患有抑制合作的认知或精神障碍、严重合并症和高损耗风险的患者或其配偶。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients or their spouses with cognitive or mental disorders that inhibit cooperation, with serious comorbidities and at a high risk of attrition were excluded.
