研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，探讨ta-VNS对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能的疗效机制。为临床的吞咽功能康复策略提供有效的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By investigating the efficacy mechanism of ta-VNS (transcranial vagus nerve stimulation) in patients with dysphagia after stroke through randomized controlled trials, this study provides an effective theoretical basis for clinical dysphagia rehabilitation strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肝功能不全者; 2.意识，严重认知障碍，无法配合治疗; 3.食道及咽喉结构本身疾病; 4.低心率(每分钟60次)或既往迷走神经手术干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, lung, and liver dysfunction; 2. Unconsciousness, severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. Diseases of the esophagus and throat structures themselves; 4. Low heart rate (60 beats per minute) or previous vagus nerve surgical intervention.

刺激参数采用25Hz双向脉冲，脉冲宽度250μs，治疗时间20分钟。刺激强度范围为0-5mA。耳屏刺激，刺激强度为感觉阈与疼痛阈界限，略低于疼痛阈，即以每0.1mA强度增加，感觉到疼痛后减小0.1mA

The stimulation parameters use 25Hz bidirectional pulses with a pulse width of 250μs, and the treatment time is 20 minutes. The range of stimulation intensity is 0-5mA. Auricular stimulation is applied, with the intensity set at the threshold between sensation and pain, slightly below the pain threshold, that is, increasing by 0.1mA increments until pain is felt, then reducing by 0.1mA
