研究目的：

1.主要目的：研发老年健康干预新措施。 2.次要目的：制定老年健康管理策略，形成临床干预共识，构建老年健康规范体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to develop new measures for geriatric health interventions. 2. Secondary objectives: to develop geriatric health management strategies, form a consensus on clinical intervention, and construct a standardized system for geriatric health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能配合完成所有评估或样本采集：如有瘫痪、痴呆或精神疾病者； 2.患有自身免疫病、血液系统疾病或恶性肿瘤； 3.有严重的肝功能或肾功能不全； 4.有严重的感染性疾病； 5.正在应用激素或免疫抑制剂治疗； 6.不愿参与或不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to cooperate with all assessments or sample collection: such as paralysis, dementia or mental illness; 2. Suffering from autoimmune diseases, hematologic diseases or malignant tumors; 3. Have severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 4. Have a serious infectious disease; 5. Ongoing treatment with hormones or immunosuppressants; 6. Unwilling to participate or not to sign the informed consent form.
