本研究旨在探索适合失眠症患者认知行为治疗的技术流程及催眠药物结合认知行为治疗的规范化干预模式。具体目标:探索单纯CBT与CBT联合药物治疗对于失眠的疗效是否存在差异。

The purpose of this study was to explore the standardized intervention model of cognitive behavior therapy and cognitive behavior tharapy combined with hypnotics for patients with chronic insomnia. Objective: to explore the difference between CBT applied alone and CBT combined with hypnotic treatment for insomnia
