研究目的：

(1)明确皮肤生理指标对放射性皮肤损伤严重程度的预测作用。 (2)讨论能否将皮肤生理指标（皮肤油脂、经皮流失水分等）作为放射性皮炎诊断标准(RTOG、CTCAE量表)新的客观指标。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the role of skin physiologic indices in predicting the severity of radiation skin injury. (2) Discuss the possibility of using skin physiologic indicators (skin oil, transdermal water loss, etc.) as diagnostic criteria for radiodermatitis(RTOG, CTCAE scale) as new objective indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)年龄>70岁; 2)口服皮质类固醇治疗; 3)在相同部位有过放疗史; 4)患有结缔组织病（如硬皮病和红斑狼疮）患者; 5) 因各种原因终止治疗者; 6) 有精神心理障碍性疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1) age >70 years; 2) oral corticosteroid therapy; 3) history of radiotherapy at the same site; 4) patients with connective tissue diseases (e.g., scleroderma and lupus erythematosus); 5) termination of treatment for various reasons; 6) psychiatric psychiatric disorders
