研究目的：

1) 开发一款由 LLM 驱动的聊天机器人，专门用于 ACP 讨论任务；2) 试行聊天机器人的可用性、可行性和可接受性；3) 通过随机对照试验 (RCT) 评估聊天机器人在提高 ACP 接受度方面的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

1) to develop an chatbot powered by LLM specifically for ACP discussion tasks; 2) to pilot the usability, feasibility, and acceptability of the chatbot; 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the chatbot in enhancing ACP uptake through a randomized controlled trial (RCT).

1) 被诊断为精神障碍或沟通障碍，2) 之前参加过其他 ACP 培训。

1) a diagnosis of mental disorders or communication impairments, 2) prior participation in other ACP trainings.

盲法：	由于干预的性质，本研究不适用于对参与者进行盲法。为了尽量减少来自结果评估的潜在偏差，结果评估者将对分组结果进行盲评。参与者将被要求在任何时间点将其组别分配和接受的干预对结果评估者保密。
Blinding：	Due to the nature of the intervention, this study is not suitable for blinding participants. In order to minimize potential bias from outcome evaluation, the outcome evaluator will perform blind evaluation on the grouped results. Participants will be required to keep their group assignments and received interventions confidential to the outcome assessors at any time.
