研究目的：

双膝关节置换术中随机选择一侧置换髌骨，对侧保留髌骨，对比研究髌骨置换与否对术后临床效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To perform unilateral patellar resurfacing and contralateral patellar retention inbilateral total knee arthroplasty(TKA)randomly and compare the clinical effects of patellar retention with patellar resurfacing in TKA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

膝关节翻修者、外伤、截骨手术史者；术中发现髌骨破坏严重，Outerbridge分级=4级，必须行髌骨置换者；严重畸形、屈曲挛缩，感染骨髓炎史。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with a previous high tibial or distal femoral osteotomy, any operation involving the extensor mechanism, a history of septic arthritis of the knee or osteomyelitis. OA Outerbridge 4.
