研究目的：

探索布比卡因脂质体、盐酸布比卡因在胰腺手术切口旁局部浸润麻醉对手术后切口愈合的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of local infiltration anesthesia with bupivacaine liposomes and bupivacaine hydrochloride near pancreatic surgical incisions on wound healing after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）肝功能明显异常（AST或ALT＞2.5×正常上限）； 2）肾功能异常（血清肌酐＞2 mg/dl）； 3）严重的心血管疾病； 4）对研究药物过敏； 5）白蛋白水平过低，恶病质等易发生局部麻醉药毒性反应者； 6）智力障碍、精神疾患等影响交流的生理病理状态的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Obvious abnormalities in liver function (AST or ALT> 2.5 ×upper limit of normal); 2) abnormal renal function (serum creatinine >2 mg/dl); 3) Severe cardiovascular disease; 4) allergy to the study drug; 5) Patients with low albumin level and cachexia who are prone to local anesthetic toxicity; 6) Patients with intellectual disabilities, mental disorders, and other physiological and pathological conditions that affect communication.
