研究目的：

（1）研究护理学生腰背痛现状及人体工效学认知调查。 （2）探讨影响护理学生腰背痛发生的主要因素，如：个体身心状况，生活习惯，工作学习环境等。 （3）为护理院校及医疗机构提供数据支持，以便制定针对性的干预措施，降低护理学生下腰背痛的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A survey on the current status of back and waist pain among nursing students and their understanding of ergonomics. (2) Explore the main factors that affect the occurrence of lower back pain in nursing students, such as individual physical and mental condition, lifestyle habits, work and study environment, etc. (3) Provide data support for nursing schools and medical institutions to develop targeted intervention measures and reduce the incidence of lower back pain in nursing students.

患有病理性腰背痛，如强直性脊柱炎、脊柱挫伤、脊柱侧弯等。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from pathological lower back pain, such as ankylosing spondylitis, spinal contusion, scoliosis, etc.
