研究目的：

建立各年龄段人群包括了视盘在内的眼底视网膜图像、OCT、OCTA、视力、眼压都等的数据库，并通过人工智能分析： 1. 建立大数据中心进行眼病研究，实现病理性近视、糖尿病视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜静脉阻塞等常见眼病的诊断，治疗评价和监督随访； 2.分析不同分期分级的慢性肾脏病的眼影像学特征，实现基于眼科多模态数据库的慢性肾脏病诊断与干预。  

Objectives of Study：

A database of fundus retinal images including optic disc, OCT, OCTA, visual acuity and intraocular pressure of people of all ages was established and analyzed by artificial intelligence: 1. Establish a big data center for eye disease research to realize the diagnosis, treatment evaluation, supervision and follow-up of pathological myopia, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion and other common eye diseases; 2. To analyze the ocular imaging features of chronic kidney disease in different stages and grades, and to realize the diagnosis and intervention of chronic kidney disease based on the multimodal database of ophthalmology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除≥1 项存在数据严重缺失、失真或缺失的数据会影响对疾病的分析判断的患者；排出有眼部其他疾病，并且该疾病会影响眼底检查的患者；除开肾脏疾病、糖尿病外，有全身其他疾病会影响眼底表现的疾病；依从性差或者难以配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with ≥1 data with serious missing, distorted or missing data that would affect the analysis and judgment of the disease were excluded. Patients with other eye diseases that would affect the fundus examination were excluded; In addition to kidney disease and diabetes, there are other systemic diseases that can affect the fundus appearance; Patients who are nonadherent or difficult to cooperate.
