研究目的:

研究同型半胱氨酸及代谢酶、趋化因子、金属基质蛋白酶及抑制剂、脑源性神经营养因子与术后认知功能障碍是否具有相关性;探寻同型半胱氨酸及代谢酶、趋化因子、金属基质蛋白酶、脑源性神经营养因子是否可以作为POCD发生的预测指标,为POCD预防发生、早期发现、及时诊疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To study on association between homocysteine and metabolic enzymes, chemokines, metalloproteinases and inhibitors, brain-derived neurotrophic factors and postoperative cognitive dysfunction.To explore whether homocysteine and metabolic enzymes, chemokines, metalloproteinases and inhibitors,brain-derived neurotrophic factors could be used as a predictor of POCD and to provide reference for POCD early detection,prevention,timely diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①既往患有明确的神经系统疾病、精神病病史者或人格存在异常者,如阿尔兹海默症,帕金森病综合征,多发性硬化症,精神分裂症,抑郁症等;②有过严重的头面部疾病、外伤史或手术史;③严重身体疾病和药物依赖、酗酒史;④视力,听力或运动技能(如偏瘫)的显着损伤,不能良好的交流、不能明确表达自己意思或不配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. history of a clear neurological disease, mental illness or abnormal personality that precluded the ability to complete the baseline cognitive assessment, such as senile dementia, Parkinson's syndrome, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, depression, etc;
2. have a severe head and face disease, a history of trauma or surgery;
3. history of severe physical illness and drug dependence, alcoholism;
4. significant impairments of vision,hearing or motor skills (such as hemiplegia).
