研究目的：

纤维支气管镜是定位左双腔支气管导管的金标准，但其临床广泛使用受到多种因素限制。本研究将验证两个公式用于预测左双腔支气管导管插管深度的准确性  

Objectives of Study：

Fiberoptic bronchoscope is the gold standard for locating left double-lumen bronchial catheter, but its wide clinical use is limited by many factors. This study will verify the accuracy of two formulas for predicting the depth of the left double-lumen bronchial catheter.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知或预测的困难气道 2.上呼吸道解剖缺陷 3.颈部活动受限

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known or predicted difficult airway; 2. Anatomical defects of upper respiratory tract; 3. Limited movement of the neck.
