研究目的：

回顾性分析不同FIGO分级的子宫内膜癌肿瘤细胞的ESR1蛋白表达水平，阐明雌激素及其受体ESR1在子宫内膜癌发生发展过程中的作用机制，为子宫内膜癌的预防和术后治疗提供新的思路和方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis of ESR1 protein expression levels in endometrial cancer tumor cells with different FIGO grades, to elucidate the mechanism of estrogen and its receptor ESR1 in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer, and provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and postoperative treatment of endometrial cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经化疗后的子宫内膜腺癌患者；
2.其他脏器恶性肿瘤伴子宫内膜转移的患者；
3.患者同时患有可能影响随访和短期生存的其他严重疾病；
4.病史信息及诊疗过程不详者；
5.经研究者综合评估，认为不适合参加本次研究的病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have undergone chemotherapy;
2.Patients with malignant tumors of other organs that metastasize to the endometrium;
3.The patient also suffers from other serious diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival;
4.Information of medical history and treatment process are unknown;
5.Cases deemed unsuitable for participation in this study after comprehensive evaluation by the researchers;
