研究目的：

评估多感官稳态刺激治疗慢性耳鸣的优效性：通过对比接受多感官稳态刺激治疗的患者与接受传统声治疗的患者在耳鸣症状改善效果方面的差异，评估多感官稳态刺激治疗慢性耳鸣的优效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of multisensory homeostatic stimulation in the treatment of chronic tinnitus: to assess the effectiveness of multisensory homeostatic stimulation in the treatment of chronic tinnitus by comparing the difference in tinnitus symptom improvement between patients treated with multisensory homeostatic stimulation and those who received conventional acoustic therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有传导性听力损失；
2.有中耳炎、中耳胆脂瘤等耳部疾病或耳部手术史；
3.脑肿瘤、脑出血、脑梗塞等严重的中枢神经系统疾病史；
4.由于血管畸形或其他原因导致的客观性耳鸣；
5.其他由研究者判断不适合入组的情况（如需长期服用药物的慢性病患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by conductive hearing loss; 2. Have a history of otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma and other ear diseases or ear surgery; 3. History of severe central nervous system diseases such as brain tumor, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 4. Objective tinnitus due to vascular malformation or other reasons; 5. Other conditions judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment (patients with chronic diseases who need to take drugs for a long time).
