研究目的：

本研究通过检测疑似IBD患儿呼气末的NO、H2S，分析其相关性并预测其诊断价值，为患儿寻找更特异性、更快速、相对廉价和非侵入性的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, NO and H2S at the end of expiratory breath in children suspected of IBD were detected, their correlation was analyzed and their diagnostic value was predicted, and more specific, rapid, relatively inexpensive and non-invasive biomarkers were sought for children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并其他消化道疾病者； (2)合并其他系统疾病者； (3)殊治疗后诱发IBD者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other digestive tract diseases; (2) Patients with other systemic diseases; (3)Especially after treatment induced IBD.

According to the consensus opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of IBD in 2018 edition, the patients were diagnosed with IBD through comprehensive analysis of clinical, laboratory, imaging, endoscopy and histopathological findings

End-expiratory gas molecules: hydrogen, methane, nitric oxide, hydrogen sulfide Crohn's disease activity index,CDAI,Modified Mayo score,blood routine examination,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),pathological replacement Testing instrument: Breath analyzer (registered model: CA4458)

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

炎症性肠病患儿：临床表现多样化，消化道表现为腹泻、腹痛，可有血便；全身表现为体重减轻、发热、食欲不振、疲劳、贫血等，青少年患者可见生长发育迟缓；常见并发症有瘘管、腹腔脓肿、肠腔狭窄和肠梗阻、肛周病变（肛周脓肿、肛周瘘管、皮赘、肛裂等），较少见的有消化道大出血、肠穿孔，病程长者可发生癌变

Children with inflammatory bowel disease: the clinical manifestations are diverse, the digestive tract is manifested as diarrhea, abdominal pain, and bloody stools; The systemic manifestations are weight loss, fever, loss of appetite, fatigue, anemia, etc., and growth retardation can be seen in adolescent patients; Common complications include fistula, intra-abdominal abscess, intestinal narrowing and intestinal obstruction, perianal lesions (perianal abscess, perianal fistula, skin tags, anal fissures, etc.), and less commonly, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, intestinal perforation, and cancerous transformation in the elderly
