研究目的：

基于用药安全性以及ERAS理念的前提下，选用133mg/40ml布比卡因脂质体髂筋膜阻滞用于髋部骨折手术，来验证其可改善此类患者的术后恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on medication safety and the principles of ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery), we selected 133 mg/40 ml of liposomal bupivacaine for fascia iliaca block in patients undergoing hip fracture surgery to verify its potential to improve postoperative recovery quality in this population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对局麻药过敏，凝血检查指标异常，术前有严重心肺疾患，肝肾功能不全，病态肥胖，腹股沟区皮肤破损及感染，有慢性疼痛患者，无法配合NRS评分者，有阿片类药物滥用史，研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics, have abnormal coagulation test results, have severe cardiopulmonary diseases preoperatively, have liver or kidney dysfunction, are morbidly obese, have skin lesions or infections in the groin area, have chronic pain, are unable to cooperate with NRS scoring, or have a history of opioid abuse are considered unsuitable for clinical trials by the researchers.
