研究目的：

探究有无精神创伤史的抑郁症患者HPA轴功能以及脑结构和功能特征随着病情变化的变化情况

Objectives of Study：

Try to explore the changes of characteristics of HPA function and MRI in depression patients with and without mental trauma, following up the changes of symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 伴精神病症状者； 2. 伴酒精和药物依赖者；3. 伴脑器质性及严重躯体疾病者； 4. 颅脑损伤及有昏迷史者； 5. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 6. 既往有癫痫发作或有癫痫家族史者； 7. 影像学检查前6小时内用过药物； 8. 排除其他疾病患者； 9. 存在磁共振检查的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. With psychotic symptoms;
2. With a history of alcohol and drug dependence;
3. With organic disease of brain and severe somatic disease;
4. With history of coma after brain trauma;
5. Woman with pregnancy or lactation period;
6. With a history of seizures or with a family history of epilepsy;
7. Received drugs in 6 hours before MRI scan;
8. Exclusion of other diseases;
9. With contraindications of MRI scan.
