研究目的：

研究重庆市某医院的IBS与SIBO关系：（1）IBS患者中SIBO的发病情况；（2）SIBO对IBS患者的影响；（3）健康人群、IBS患者与IBS合并SIBO患者的肠道菌群的情况；

Objectives of Study：

(1) the incidence of SIBO in IBS patients; (2) SIBO effect on IBS patients; (3) the intestinal microbial of healthy people, IBS patients and IBS without SIBO patients with SIBO;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 并发其他严重的心、肝、肾、呼吸、消化、血液、内分泌系统疾病。
2) 合并各种急性感染者、肿瘤和严重心律失常，精神系统疾患。
3) 妊娠或者哺乳期妇女；
4)近4周内有应用过抗生素、抑酸药、乳果糖、微生态制剂或者其他影响胃肠道动力药物史者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) complicated with other serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, digestive, blood, endocrine system disease;
2) the combination of various acute infection, tumor and severe arrhythmia, spirit system disorders;
3) pregnancy or lactation;
4) application of antibiotics, acid suppression, lactulose, probiotics, or other drugs affecting gastrointestinal dynamic history in the 4 weeks.
