研究目的：

本课题旨在证明高压氧对减轻下颌阻生智齿拔除术后反应、促进拔牙窝愈合的作用，探索适合下颌阻生智齿拔除术后的高压氧治疗方案，以期建立一种安全、有效的治疗模式，有望成为提高患者下颌智齿拔除术后舒适度及加速拔牙创康复的新手段。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on reducing the postoperative reaction of mandibular wisdom teeth extraction and promoting the healing of extraction sockets, and to explore a suitable hyperbaric oxygen treatment program after mandibular wisdom teeth extraction, with a view to establishing a safe and effective treatment mode, which is expected to become a new means of improving the comfort of the patients and accelerating the recovery of extraction wounds after mandibular wisdom teeth extraction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①本试验开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验；②正在或近3个月内曾接受可能影响或促进骨代谢药物治疗的患者；③心脏疾病（即II级和II级以上心功能疾病）；④肝、肾功能异常；⑤糖尿病患者控制不佳者（经药物控制空腹血糖仍≥8.8mmol/L）；⑥精神异常无行为自主能力；⑦过敏性体质患者；⑧孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the start of this trial; ② Patients who are receiving or have received drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism in the last 3 months; ③ Cardiac disease (i.e., class II and class II or higher cardiac disease); ④ Abnormalities of hepatic and renal function; ⑤ Diabetic patients with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (fasting glucose is still ≥ 8.8 mmol/L after drug control); ⑥ Mental anomalies with no behavioral autonomy; (7) Allergic patients; (8) Pregnant or lactating women.
