研究目的：

探讨以左侧颞顶连接处为刺激靶点的cTBS治疗模式对精神分裂症患者幻听症状的疗效及安全性，为cTBS在幻听治疗中的作用提供有价值的线索。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of the cTBS treatment modality with the left temporoparietal junction as the target of stimulation on phantom hearing symptoms in patients with schizophrenia, and to provide valuable clues for the role of cTBS in phantom hearing treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的脑器质性疾病，如癫痫； 2. 伴有严重躯体疾病，如心血管疾病、肝肾疾病等； 3.有TMS治疗禁忌症者； 4.怀孕或者哺乳期妇女； 5.近半年接受过MECT治疗或经颅磁刺激治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with serious organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy; 2. with serious somatic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases; 3. with contraindications to TMS treatment; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. having received MECT treatment or transcranial magnetic stimulation in the last six months.

所有符合纳入标准及不符合排除标准的患者接受基线评估后，根据随机数字表将其随机、均匀地分配到研究组和对照组，患者的随机分组是由一位没有参与刺激操作及评估的研究人员用随机数字表法执行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

All patients who met the inclusion criteria and those who did not meet the exclusion criteria underwent a baseline assessment and were randomly and homogeneously assigned to the study group and the control group according to a random number table; the randomization of the patients was performed by a researcher who was not involved in the stimulus manipulation and assessment using the random number table method.
