研究目的：

通过回顾性收集多中心睾丸肿瘤的超声灰阶图像，通过影像组学方法分析图像，区分睾丸肿瘤的病理类型（精原细胞瘤或非精原细胞瘤）

This international multi-center study aimed to explore the efficacy of a deep learning-based SR ultrasound radiomics model in differentiation between SEs and n-SEs.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）睾丸大小超出探头可显示范围。（2）病理证实为非睾丸病变。（3）超声图像质量差。（4）病理或临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The size of the testis exceeds the display range of the probe. (2) Pathology confirmed a non-testicular lesion. (3) Patients with missing gray-scale US images or compromised image quality. (4) Patients with incomplete pathological or clinical information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	临床数据包括患者诊断年龄、肿瘤位置、肿瘤最大径、肿瘤标记物均采集自各医院的电子病历系统，确切的病理诊断来源于术后病理。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Clinical data including age at diagnosis, location, maximum tumor size, tumor marker serology (AFP, LDH and β-hCG) were collected from the electronic medical records of respective hospitals. The definitive TGCT subtype was determined by pathologists specializing in testicular surgical pathology according to the World Health Organization pathological classification.
