研究目的：

1. 调查我国不同地区糖尿病患者多种慢性并发症（视网膜病变、肾脏病变、周围神经病变、周围血管病变和心血管疾病）的流行特征和相关危险因素； 2. 根据《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》推荐的糖尿病综合控制目标和规范化诊治路径，评估我国糖尿病患者心血管代谢危险因素的控制情况和规范化诊疗的实施情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and related factors of multiple chronic complications (retinopathy, nephropathy, peripheral neuropathy, and cardiovascular disease) in patients with diabetes in different regions of China; 2. To assess the control of cardiometabolic factors and the implementation of standardized diagnosis and treatment in Chinese patients with diabetes according to guidelines for prevention and care of type 2 diabetes in China.
