研究目的：

1.探究孕期中心群组保健模式的临床效果和实施效果； 2.明确孕期实施中心群组保健模式的促进因素和障碍因素； 3.构建、修订并初步应用孕期中心群组保健模式的实施策略。

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate the clinical outcomes and effectiveness outcomes of Centering-Based Group Care Model during pregnancy; 2.Clarify the facilitators and barriers in implementing Centering-Based Group Care Model during pregnancy; 3.Develop, revise and preliminarily apply implementation strategies of Centering-Based Group Care Model during pregnancy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重妊娠合并症和并发症者； 2.存在听力、言语和智力等障碍者； 3.存在严重的精神障碍病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe pregnancy complications and comorbidities; 2.Individuals with hearing, speech, or intellectual disabilities; 3.Individuals with a history of severe mental disorders.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用非随机化分组，依据周次把孕妇分到实验组和对照组。将单周（如第1周、第3周、第5周等）来早孕建卡室建立母子健康手册的孕妇分到实验组，双周（第2周、第4周、第6周等）来早孕建卡室建立母子健康手册的孕妇分到对照组。实验组和对照组分别纳入134例和130例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Non-randomized grouping was adopted, and pregnant women were assigned to the experimental group and the control group based on the week of their visit. Pregnant women who established the Maternal and Child Health Handbook at the early pregnancy registration office during odd weeks (e.g., Week 1, Week 3, Week 5, etc.) were assigned to the experimental group, while those who did so during even weeks (e.g., Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, etc.) were assigned to the control group. The experimental group and the control group included 134 and 130 cases, respectively.
