研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究丙泊酚、环泊酚、瑞马唑仑三种镇静药物诱导的清醒到麻醉两种意识状态转变过程中脑功能网络的变化特征及神经机制； 2. 次要目的：分析三种镇静药物应用下不同镇静深度及不同浓度药物对癫痫灶放电的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the characteristics and neural mechanisms of brain functional network changes during the transition from consciousness to anesthesia induced by propofol, ciprofol and remimazolam; 2. Secondary objective: To analyze the effects of different sedative depth and different concentrations of three sedative drugs on epileptic discharges.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1:   ① 过去6个月内有麻醉史的患者； 2:   ② 在过去3月内参加其他临床试验的患者； 3:   ③ 长期服用镇静催眠类药物或酗酒的患者； 4:   ④ 极度焦虑、惊恐且沟通有困难的患者； 5:   ⑤ 对应用的麻醉药物过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: ① patients with a history of anesthesia within the past 6 months; 2: ② patients enrolled in other clinical trials within the previous 3 months; 3: ③ long-term use of sedatives and hypnotics or alcoholism; 4: ④ patients with extreme anxiety, panic and communication difficulties 5: ⑤ patients who are allergic to the anesthetic drugs used in the study.
