研究目的:

1、探究离体后角膜基质透镜在体外的吸水和失水情况。 2、探究准分子激光切削是否会得到理想的平行透镜或者凹透镜。 3、探究准分子切削后会不会影响角膜基质透镜的透明性和微结构。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the water absorption and water loss of corneal stromal lens in vitro. 2. explore whether excimer laser cutting will get the ideal parallel lens or concave lens. Explore whether excimer cutting will affect the transparency and microstructure of corneal stromal lens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在圆锥角膜、青光眼、影响视力的白内障、视网膜色素变性、视网膜脱离、严重干眼、眼部活动性炎症或严重的眼附属器病变(眼睑缺损或变形); 2.弱视; 3.中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness, CCT)<460μm和剩余角膜厚度(residual corneal thickness, RCT)小于术前角膜厚度的50%; 4.患糖尿病、免疫性及胶原性疾病、瘢痕体质等影响术后愈合的疾病; 5.患有焦虑或抑郁等精神性疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The presence of keratoconus, glaucoma, cataract affecting vision, retinitis pigmentosa, retinal detachment, severely dry eyes, active eye inflammation or severe ocular adnexal diseases (eyelid defect or deformation); 2. Amblyopia; 3. Central corneal thickness (CCT)<460 μ M and residual corneal thickness (RCT) are less than 50% of preoperative corneal thickness; 4. Suffering from diabetes, immune and collagen diseases, scar constitution and other diseases that affect postoperative healing; 5. Suffering from mental illnesses such as anxiety or depression.
