研究目的：

建立并完善PTC的规范化治疗方案，使cT1-3N0期甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）患者接受合理的治疗并改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish and improve the standardized treatment schedule of thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC), so that the patients with PTC in cT1-3N0 stage could receive reasonable treatment and improve prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴.患者合并其他严重疾病或存在其他可能影响结果的因素；
⑵.怀孕或哺乳期女性患者；
⑶.术后病理证实为T4期肿瘤；
⑷.术前检查存在PTC远处转移；
⑸.术后病理证实为甲状腺滤泡癌、髓样癌、未分化癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients who combined with other serious diseases or other factors that may affect the outcome;
2. Female patients who are pregnant or lactating;
3. The tumor is confirmed as T4 stage by postoperative pathology;
4. Preoperative examination shows distant metastasis;
5. Tumor was thyroid follicular carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, anaplastic carcinoma by postoperative pathology.
