研究目的:

本研究为评估家长教育计划对改善父母与子女之间的沟通技巧,以及提高父母支持子女职业探索能力的影响。具体的假设如下:1.与控制组的父母相比,父母教育课程组的父母幸福度有显著提升;2.与控制组的父母相比,父母教育课程组的父母的父母教养效能感和指导技巧有显著提高;3.与控制组的父母相比,父母教育课程组的父母亲子沟通上有显著提升;4.与控制组的父母相比,父母教育课程组的父母会报告更高程度的自我转变量。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to evaluate the impact of a parent education program on improving communication skills between parents and their children, as well as enhancing parents' ability to support their children’s career exploration. • Hypothesis 1 (H1): Participation in the parent education program will significantly improve parents' well-being compared to parents in the control group. • Hypothesis 2 (H2): The parent education program will significantly enhance parenting self-efficacy and coaching skills in the treatment group compared to the control group. • Hypothesis 3 (H3): Parents in the treatment group will report significant improvements in parent-child communication compared to those in the control group. • Hypothesis 4 (H4): Parents in the treatment group will report higher levels of perceived self-transformation compared to parents in the control group.
