研究目的：

1. 主要目的分析特殊临床特征肺癌（纯实性肺癌、磨玻璃样肺癌、肺癌合并呼吸共病等）的临床、影像、病理、分子病理及预后等疾病特点，建立风险预测模型、挖掘个体化的高危因素。 2. 次要目的（1）建立肺结节（包含纯实性肺结节、多发磨玻璃肺结节、肺癌合并呼吸共病）人工智能辅助诊断和临床决策系统、无创定位和微创手术规划系统等，多中心验证，并推广应用；（2）分析特殊临床特征的肺癌（纯实性肺癌、磨玻璃样肺癌、肺癌合并呼吸共病）关键基因的差异表达图谱，探索功能及致病机制；（3）检测候选基因在肺癌、癌旁组织及外周血中甲基化等生物标志物水平，完善早诊的价值评估，促进科研转化；（4）建立特殊临床特征的肺癌的疾病筛查、诊断、预后判断的风险预测模型和处理新策略，并在多中心验证和应用；（5）加强多中心团队建设，促进人才培养。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective To analyze the clinical, imaging, pathological, molecular pathological, and prognostic characteristics of lung cancer with special clinical features (solid lung cancer, ground-glass opacity lung cancer, lung cancer with respiratory comorbidities, etc.), establish risk prediction models, and explore individual high-risk factors. 2. Secondary Objectives (1) To establish an artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic and clinical decision support system for pulmonary nodules (including solid pulmonary nodules, multiple ground-glass pulmonary nodules, lung cancer with respiratory comorbidities), a non-invasive localization, and minimally invasive surgical planning system, validate in multi-centers, and promote application; (2) To analyze the differential expression profiles of key genes in lung cancer with special clinical features (solid lung cancer, ground-glass opacity lung cancer, lung cancer with respiratory comorbidities), explore their functions and pathogenic mechanisms; (3) To detect the levels of biomarkers such as methylation of candidate genes in lung cancer, para-cancerous tissue, and peripheral blood, improve the assessment of early diagnosis value, and promote scientific research transformation; (4) To establish risk prediction models and new strategies for disease screening, diagnosis, and prognosis judgment of lung cancer with special clinical features, validate and apply in multi-centers; (5) Strengthen the construction of multi-center teams and promote talent training.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. In the bidirectional cohort of this study, the retrospective research patient enrollment period is from January 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, and the prospective research patient enrollment period is from the launch of the project to December 31, 2027;

2. Age >=18 years old;

3. Gender: No gender restrictions;

4. Inclusion of patients confirmed to have pulmonary opacities and diagnosed benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, and mass lung cancer patients through chest CT examination;
(1) Lung cancer: Confirmed as primary lung cancer through lesion tissue and/or cytopathological diagnosis; Disease staging is verified according to the International Lung Cancer TNM Staging (9th Edition) criteria;
(2) Benign diseases: Benign diseases confirmed by pathological diagnosis, complete absorption of the lesion within a 2-year follow-up period, and stability of solid pulmonary nodules within 2 years, and confirmed by in-hospital multidisciplinary expert team discussion when necessary.

5. For patients assessed by doctors as having a high risk of malignancy, or for patients who voluntarily wish to further dynamically monitor the risk of disease, they are included in the blood collection group for further risk assessment. Lung cancer.

排除标准：

1. 患者年龄＜18岁； 2. 前瞻性研究中，无参研单位本院内胸部CT影像、拒绝签署知情同意书的患者； 3. 回顾性研究中，临床数据严重脱落、无参研单位本院内胸部CT影像的患者； 4. 采外周血的患者合并全身其他系统的肿瘤、严重各脏器基础疾病、免疫系统缺陷、结缔组织疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient's age is less than 18 years old; 2. In prospective studies, patients without chest CT imaging from the participating unit's hospital or those who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 3. In retrospective studies, patients with severe loss of clinical data, or without chest CT imaging from the participating unit's hospital; 4. Patients who have peripheral blood drawn and have other systemic tumors, severe basic diseases of other organs, immune system deficiencies, or connective tissue diseases.
