通过分析2型糖尿病患者粪便代谢组和宏基因组相关性，分析粪便代谢物和肠道菌群对疾病发展变化的预测价值，阐释2型糖尿病在二者基础上的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the correlation between fecal metabolites and metagenomes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, to evaluate the predictive value of fecal metabolites and intestinal flora on the development of the disease and to elucidate the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and its complications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

在采样前8周内有严重便秘或腹泻，使用过抗生素；各种类型的肝炎，胆囊炎，消化道溃疡，尿路感染，急性肾盂肾炎，膀胱炎，甲亢等甲状腺功能异常；过去一年内进行过胃肠道手术；酗酒（酒精量> 20 g/day），吸烟；应激状态，如急性感染，急性心血管事件，消化道出血，外伤和肿瘤等；患有肺结核、艾滋病等传染病；存在精神和智力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

serious constipation or diarrhea, with the presence of various types of hepatitis, cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction, gastrointestinal surgery had been performed in the past year, alcohol intake of more than 20 g/day, smoking and psychiatric disorders.
