研究目的：

本项目的主要研究目的是探讨改良型缝合技术结合传统手术方式在眼睑肿瘤切除及一期修复中的应用效果。具体目标包括： 效果评估：评估改良型缝合技术在眼睑肿瘤切除及一期修复手术中的疗效，特别是在减少疤痕形成、保持眼睑结构完整性及提高美容效果方面的表现。 技术比较：比较改良型缝合技术与传统手术方法在眼睑肿瘤治疗中的优势和局限，以确定改良型缝合技术的适应症和最佳应用范围。 功能恢复：探讨该技术在保持或恢复眼睑功能，如睑缘形态、睫毛排列和眼睑闭合功能方面的效果。 患者满意度：评估患者对于术后眼睑外观和功能恢复的满意度，以及手术对患者生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The main research objective of this project is to explore the application effect of improved suture technology combined with traditional surgical methods in eyelid tumor resection and primary repair. Specific goals include: Effect evaluation: Evaluate the efficacy of the improved suture technique in eyelid tumor resection and primary repair surgery, especially in reducing scar formation, maintaining eyelid structural integrity, and improving cosmetic results. Technical comparison: Compare the advantages and limitations of the improved suture technique with traditional surgical methods in the treatment of eyelid tumors, in order to determine the indications and optimal application range of the improved suture technique. Functional recovery: Explore the effectiveness of this technique in maintaining or restoring eyelid function, such as eyelid margin shape, eyelash alignment, and eyelid closure function. Patient satisfaction: Evaluate the patient's satisfaction with postoperative eyelid appearance and functional recovery, as well as the impact of surgery on the patient's quality of life.

排除标准：

1.存在脑部功能障碍或精神类疾病；
2.颈部淋巴结肿大；
3.存在其他手术禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

Measure method：

A digital camera with a resolution of ≥ 24 million pixels, macro lens, and circular flash. Local magnified photos are taken under standard lighting conditions (400-800 lux) and fixed distance (50cm). Two associate chief physicians use a 0-3 point scoring system (3 points: almost invisible; 2 points: light color visible; 1 point: obvious pink; 0 points: obvious deformity) to independently score and take the average.
