Objectives of Study：

To provide evidence-based medical basis for the promotion and application of modified MIS-TLIF for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.既往有腰部手术史； 2.有外伤、活动性感染、恶性肿瘤、脊柱畸形、既往有腰椎融合和多级融合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior lumbar surgery; 2.Patients with trauma, active infection, malignancy, spinal deformity, or previous lumbar fusion and multilevel fusion surgeries.
