研究目的：

（1）探讨是否合并便秘对WMT治疗ASD的临床疗效影响（2）探讨合并不同中医证候（实证、虚证）的便秘对WMT治疗ASD的临床疗效影响

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the effect of constipation on the clinical efficacy of WMT in the treatment of ASD (2) To investigate the effect of constipation combined with different TCM syndromes (positive syndrome and deficiency syndrome) on the clinical efficacy of WMT in the treatment of ASD

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）在接受WMT治疗前1个月服用过抗生素或益生菌；（2）被诊断出患有炎症性肠病、消化道肿瘤、乳糜泻等需要紧急治疗的胃肠道疾病；（3）被诊断出患有严重的心脏、脑部、肺、肝或肾脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) taking antibiotics or probiotics within 1 month before WMT; (2) diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal cancer, celiac disease and other gastrointestinal diseases requiring urgent treatment; (3) Diagnosed with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
