研究AKI-GC人群AKI-GC智慧诊疗及肾康复设备对肾脏功能保护的有效性，实现基于数据科学驱动、多功能 AKI-GC 智慧诊疗及肾康复设备的研发与推广验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the effectiveness of AKI-GC smart diagnosis and kidney rehabilitation equipment in protecting kidney function in the AKI-GC population, and realize the research and development, promotion, and verification of multi-functional AKI-GC smart diagnosis and kidney rehabilitation equipment based on data science.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄小于 60 岁，临床诊断 CKD，严重水肿、肢体缺如、认知功能差不能配合完成相关量表评估的个体、服用甲氰咪胍、磺胺类药物等影响血肌酐水平测定患者、合并骨折、肿瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals under the age of 60, clinically diagnosed with CKD, severe edema, limb absence, poor cognitive function, inability to cooperate in completing relevant scale assessments, patients taking medications such as cimetidine and sulfonamide that affect blood creatinine levels, and patients with concomitant fractures and tumors.

采用区组随机，由统计专业人员利用 SAS9.4 软件生成随机数字表，据此制作随机信封，复核入排标准的受试者按入组先后顺序依次打开信封根据信封内入组信息分入各组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using block randomization, statistical professionals generated a random number table using SAS9.4 software to create random envelopes. Participants who reviewed the inclusion and exclusion criteria opened the envelopes in order of enrollment and were assigned to each group based on the information inside the envelopes.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者及时填写，以保证内容准确，总结及时，数据录入与管理指定数据管理与负责，为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理与独立进行双份录入并校对，在确认建立的数据库正确后，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据进行锁定，锁定后的数据文件原则不再做改动。

The case report form should be filled out by the researcher in a timely manner to ensure accurate content and timely summary. The data entry and management are designated for data management and responsibility. To ensure the accuracy of the data, two data managers should independently enter and proofread the data twice. After confirming the correctness of the established database, the main researcher and statistical analyst should lock the data, and the locked data file should not be changed in principle.
