研究目的：

分析我国8-12岁学龄儿童粗杂粮和谷物纤维摄入情况，探讨增加粗杂粮摄入量对小学生肥胖及代谢相关指标的影响，为促进我国儿童健康成长提供基础数据，为提出儿童肥胖的精准营养干预策略提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the intake of coarse grains and grain fiber among school aged children aged 8-12 in China, explore the impact of increasing coarse grains intake on obesity and metabolic related indicators in primary school students, provide basic data for promoting the healthy growth of children in China, and provide reference for proposing precise nutritional intervention strategies for childhood obesity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.调查前一年内患有下列任何一种疾患者：肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、骨骼系统疾病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进或不足、其他内分泌疾病。 2.处于慢性疾病状态或正在接受长期药物治疗，有严重食物过敏史（需记录过敏原食物类型），有非常规膳食结构（如素食主义、生酮饮食等）的儿童也排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have suffered from any of the following diseases within one year prior to the investigation: liver disease, kidney disease, skeletal system disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, or other endocrine diseases. 2.Children who are in a state of chronic disease or undergoing long-term medication, have a history of severe food allergies (the types of allergenic foods need to be recorded), or have unconventional dietary structures (such as vegetarianism, ketogenic diet, etc.) are also excluded.
