研究目的：

探讨经颅直流电刺激联合下肢康复机器人训练对脑瘫儿童运动功能的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot training on motor function in children with cerebral palsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①伴有除脑瘫外的其他躯体疾病、精神疾病 ； ②最近6个月内接受过外科矫形手术及肉毒毒素注射； ③植入电子装置、颅内或治疗区域有金属部件植入 ； ④局部皮肤损伤或炎症、刺激区域痛觉过敏。 ⑤合并凝血功能障碍及血栓栓塞性疾病， 有出血倾向。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by other physical and mental illnesses besides cerebral palsy; 2. Received surgical orthopedic surgery and botulinum toxin injection within the past 6 months; 3. Implanting electronic devices, intracranial or treatment areas with metal components implanted; 4. Localized skin damage or inflammation, and pain hypersensitivity in the stimulated area. 5. Combined with coagulation dysfunction and thromboembolic disease, with bleeding tendency.
