研究目的：

研究2型固有淋巴细胞在2型糖尿病性肾病外周血中数目及功能变化，探究2型固有淋巴细胞对2型糖尿病性肾病的作用及可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

explore the number and function chang of the type 2 innate lymphoid cells and the effect of type 2 innate lymphocyte on type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its possible mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）1型糖尿病及其他特殊类型糖尿病；
（2）处于妊娠期或哺乳期；
（3）合并严重的心肺肝肾疾病；
（4）合并严重感染性疾病
（5）合并恶性肿瘤；
（6）长期使用免疫调节药物、免疫抑制剂；
（7）合并自身免疫及风湿性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes;
2. In pregnancy or lactation;
3. Combine with severe cardiopulmonary disease and severe liver disease as well as severe kidney disease;
4. Combine with serious infectious diseases;
5. Combine with malignant tumor;
6. Long term use of immunomodulatory drugs and immunosuppressants;
7. Combine with autoimmune disease and rheumatic disease.
