研究目的：

评估早期联合静脉使用维生素C、维生素B1及氢化可的松对感染性休克患者生存率、器官功能的影响，并评估治疗的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to explore the clinical benefits of early combined use of intravenous vitamin C, vitamin B1 and hydrocortisone on survival and organ failure in septic shock and assess the safety of this therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕妇
2. 签署放弃心肺复苏及气管插管的患者；
3. G6PD缺乏症
4. 既往因疾病需要使用维生素B1
5. 既往因疾病需要使用激素
6. 60天内参加过其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant;
2. do not resuscitate (DNR) or do not intubate (DNI) orders;
3. Patients with known glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6PD) deficiency;
4. Clinical indication for thiamine as determined by the clinical team providing this drug
5. Clinical indication for steroids (e.g. chronic use) as determined by the clinical team providing this drug;
6. Attended other clinical study in past 60 days.
