研究目的：

探讨胸腺肽-α1对于乙肝相关小肝癌根治性切除术后有高危复发因素患者的长期预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of thymosin-α1 on the long-term outcome of HBV-related small HCC with high-risk recurrent factors after radical resection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

胸腺肽α1 主要成份，是由28个氨基酸组成的多肽，其N末端丝氨酸被乙酰化,辅料含50mg 甘露醇及适量磷酸钠。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Thymosin Alpha 1 active ingredient mannitol (50 mg) other ingredients sodium phosphate  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知对实验药物过敏或不能耐受；2。妊娠或哺乳期妇女；3．合并肝外转移者；合并门静脉、肝内胆管肉眼癌栓者；合并下腔静脉肉眼癌栓者； 4．术后第一个月内发生死亡者； 5. 有不稳定性心绞痛、症状性充血性心衰、严重的心律失常、过去6个月有心梗、QT间期延长（＞450ms） 6. 有明确的活动性感染（NCI-CTCAE version 3.0， ＞2级）； 7. 接受任何其它抗癌药物治疗，同时使用其它免疫抑制剂或免疫增强剂； 8. 一般情况比较差，可能影响患者用药的安全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known allergic reactions or intolerance to experimental drugs;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. With evidence of extrahepatic metastasis, macroscopic tumor thrombi in portal vein, inferior caval vein or intrahepatic bile ducts;
4. Motality within one month after surgery;
5. With evidence of unstable angina pectoris, symptomatic congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction within the last six months, prolonged QT interval (>450ms);
6. With evidence of active infection (NCI-CTCAE version 3.0, >grade two);
7. Usage of other anticancer drugs or immuno-modulating drugs;
8. Too poor condition to be tolerated of the drugs.
