研究目的：

1.通过文献评阅、专家咨询等方法，设计出符合当地实际情况的流感疫苗干预信息。 2.基于信息框架效应理论，评估不同的干预信息对6-35月龄儿童家长为其孩子接种流感疫苗行为的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Design an influenza vaccine intervention message that meets local realities through literature review and expert consultation. 2. Assess the impact of different intervention messages on the influenza vaccination behavior of parents of children aged 6-35 months for their children based on the framing effect theory.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在2024年9月-11月期间，本研究采用整群随机对照试验方法。根据不同的经济发展水平和流感疫苗接种率等，在浙江省杭州市内选取六个具有代表性的区，分别为拱墅区、西湖区、萧山区、余杭区、临安区和建德市。在六个区内分别随机抽取6个预防接种门诊作为样本点，总计36个门诊。按照随机化原则，将这些预防接种门诊随机且均衡地分配至不同的干预组和对照组中，从每个被选中的预防接种门诊中，抽取一定数量的符合标准的6-35月龄儿童监护人。对干预组中的儿童监护人实施为其一个月的信息干预。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

During September-November 2024, this study used the method of a Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial. Based on different levels of economic development and influenza vaccination rates, etc., six representative districts were selected within Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, namely Gongshu District, Xihu District, Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Lin'an District, and Jiande City. Six preventive vaccination clinics were randomly selected as sample sites in each of the six districts, totaling 36 clinics. Under the principle of randomization, these vaccination clinics were randomly and evenly assigned to different intervention and control groups, and a certain number of guardians of children aged 6-35 months who met the criteria were selected from each selected vaccination clinic. A one-month informational intervention was administered to the guardians of the children in the intervention group.

排除标准：

1.儿童存在不符合我国流感疫苗接种条件的情形，包括但不限于过敏史、严重疾病等； 2.父母有严重沟通障碍，无法理解研究要求或无法配合完成研究流程； 3.拒绝参与或未签署知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The child has conditions that do not meet China's influenza vaccination criteria, including but not limited to a history of allergies, severe illnesses, etc. 2. The parents have severe communication barriers, are unable to understand the study requirements, or are unable to cooperate in completing the study process. 3. Refusal to participate or failure to sign the informed consent.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机分配方法由中国疾控中心和浙江省疾控中心专业人员制定，并分配到所有预防接种地点。对六个区平均分配样本量，取得研究对象知情同意入组后，分配到对应的组。采用整群分层随机分组的方式，按不同经济发展水平分层，将门诊按1:1:1:1:1:1的比例随机分入5个干预组和1个对照组。随机数字序列通过SPSS产生，随机化过程由不参与本研究的第三者进行，该研究者不知道门诊的名称。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Whole cluster stratified randomized grouping will be used, stratified by different levels of economic development, and the clinics will be randomized into five intervention groups and one control group in a ratio of 1:1:1:1:1:1. The sequence of random numbers will be generated through SPSS and the randomization process will be carried out by a third party who is not involved in this study and who did not know the name of the clinic.
