研究目的:

本项目拟建立老年糖尿病队列,解决在老年人群精准医学研究中存在的如下关键科学问题: 1) 如何挖掘连续动态血糖数据对老年糖尿病前期进行精准分类以指导个体化干预,提高老年糖尿病预防效率; 2) 如何通过基因组数据解析老年糖尿病遗传异质性,改善基于眼底影像对老年糖尿病及并发症进行早期诊断的精度; 3) 如何基于线粒体基因功能来评估个体糖脂代谢水平及降糖药物疗效,指导老年糖尿病精准用药降低并发症风险  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to establish a cohort of elderly individuals with diabetes to address the following key scientific questions in precision medicine research for the elderly population: 1) How to leverage continuous dynamic blood glucose data for accurate classification of prediabetes in older adults to guide personalized interventions and improve diabetes prevention efficiency 2) How to understand the genetic heterogeneity of elderly diabetes by analyzing genomic data and enhance the accuracy of early diagnosis of diabetes and its complications based on fundus images ; 3) How to assess individual glucose and lipid levels and the efficacy of antidiabetic medications based on mitochondrial gene function, guiding precise medication use in elderly diabetes to reduce the risk of complications.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1) 资料不全者; 2) 危急重症患者; 3) 患有精神疾病等不能签署知情同意的患者; 4) 拒绝参加调查随访者; 5) 生物样本缺失者 6)拒绝接受眼底图像采集者; 7)不能使用人工智能设备或生活不能自理者

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients with Incomplete data 2) Exclude participants with serious illnesses 3) Patients with mental illness or other conditions that prevent them from signing the informed consent 4) Patients who refuse to participate in the follow-up survey 5) Patients with missing biological samples 6) Patients who refuse to undergo fundus photography 7) Patients who are unable to use AI devices or cannot perform daily activities independently.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本项目整体工作将基于广州实验室生物医学大数据平台协调开展。首先建立基于云平台的分布式人群招募系统,在多社区中心开展无纸化招募,基线和随访信息同步上传至云端数据库。数据采集和管理基于电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The overall work of this project will be coordinated based on the biomedical big data platform of the Guangzhou Laboratory. First, a cloud-based distributed population recruitment system will be established to conduct paperless recruitment across multiple community centers, with baseline and follow-up information synchronized and uploaded to the cloud database. Data collection and management will be conducted using an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system
